In a new, richer and more intense interpretation of Sauvage, Francis Korkadjian, Dior's Creative Director of Perfumery, has created a perfume essence for men. True to the pioneering spirit of Sauvage, a powerful trail with touches of leather pushes the boundaries of concentration.

At the heart of the composition beats a precious Vietnamese oud essence, sourced from a Dior supplier that meets strict standards of traceability and responsible practices. The oud leaves a sensual mark, with leathery scents that blend with the play of light and shadow of noble woods.

The dark, enveloping depth of Indonesian patchouli essence meets the light, creamy notes of Madagascar vetiver and Virginia cedarwood. The sensual and powerful base contrasts with a fresh, aromatic opening of bergamot and AOP lavender essence from Provence.

A composition of unprecedented strength, which underwent a maturation and maceration process for 42 days, to create a perfume essence for men with exceptional durability and presence.

The bottle, a masterpiece of glass art, is decorated with a transparent inner lacquer and resembles a deep blue drop of ink suspended in crystal glass. The CD monogram is engraved on the bottle and also adorns the cork, which stands above it like a crown.
