François Demachy revisits the trail of Eau Sauvage in its Parfum interpretation with a refreshed aromatic power. As powerful and sensual as ever, the composition is invigorated with a unique freshness warmed by the Grasse sun.

Top notes bursting with citrus revive a woody heart of pure vetiver. This light wood stirs the warm and powerful elemi note to unfurl in a spicy, amber base.

Deep and full, vibrant and fresh, the new Eau Sauvage Parfum enhances the solar signature of Eau Sauvage with warm and radiant accents.

OLFACTORY NOTES

CALABRIAN BERGAMOT

Essence of bergamot is obtained by cold expression of the peel. It brings a distinct, sweet freshness to fragrances and adds a special radiance to citrus notes.

ELEMI FROM THE PHILIPPINES

Native to the Philippines, essence of elemi is produced by distilling the resin of the tropical elemi tree, a member of the same botanical family as myrrh and frankincense.

Its peppery, lemony fragrance brings a spicy, radiant freshness to the top notes.

VETIVER HEART

Native to India and Indonesia, but also found in Haiti and on Réunion Island, vetiver is a perennial plant with an odorous root system. The essential oil is obtained by steam distillation. The persistent accords of vetiver are used in woody, chypre compositions.

PERFUMER'S WORD

The Eau Sauvage Parfum is even more pleasurable. With this rounder version, even closer to the original signature, I wanted to highlight the authenticity of the ingredients. To show their strength, but also reveal their warmth by rendering them even more prominent and palpable.
